Integral Life Coaching is a service –
designed to assist people in their personal search for:

• Self Actualization (the realization of meaning, purpose & right livelihood)
• Self Development (the removal of barriers, blocks, limitations & achievement of full potential)
• Wholeness (the resolution of emotional pain, suffering, inner conflict and fragmentation: The result is true inner peace).

ILC's approach to personal development, spiritual growth and transformation is practical and powerful. We do not adhere to or advocate any particular paradigm, religion or mystical school of thought, although we have learned from many. Listed below are some of the premises that guide our work with students and clients.

• Human Change, "growth" or transformation is a universal reality. This reality can be understood because it operates within the "laws" of this universe – like everything else.
• The functioning of the human body / heart / mind is not a mystery. Yet it is obvious that people can and do act, feel and think in non optimal ways. There is a resolution.
• Understanding and applying the science of human transformation dynamics creates permanent and often dramatic improvement. Evidence is in the quality of our life experience and our personal ability to function optimally in every area of life.
• Each persons life experience is unique from conception onward, consequently their path to wholeness will be unique. This path can be systematically discovered and "walked" with the application of the basic principles of transformation science.
• An individual has a basic requirement for autonomy in order to be "whole". Thus, methods that suggest or require that autonomy be compromised in any way are not utilized.
• Personal responsablility is also necessary as an ingredient in our path towards wholeness. To the extent that a person resists responsability, his / her progress will be thwarted.
• Willingness to face reality is another important factor. The measure of our willingness to face up to reality will also govern our progress.
• Because of these factors, our emphasis is on providing "tools" and the development of skill. Learning to use these tool & skills allows each person to find and walk their path to wholeness in the most optimal fashion.
• These tools and skills have been gleaned from the principles found to exist in the wisdom schools, religions and transformation teachings from all of mankind and history, including the cutting edge discoveries in the sciences of psychology, energy psychology and quantum physics. We call these "tools" Transformation Technology.
