When it come to life changing or transformational systems, I have done my due diligence. For forty years I have explored every type of religion, mysticism, psychological and emotional healing and personal growth system I could find. I was constantly seeking the most powerful method, the newest breakthroughs. It wasn't until I was in my mid fourties (thirteen years ago) that I actually started to "find". The profound change and integrations I have experienced since then cannot be measured. I am very grateful to say the least.

As you may know, I have been developing a process by which anyone with a bit of fortitude can get to the roots of their negative programming and integrate that inner pain very rapidly and efficiently. It takes into account all the searching and experimenting and research I've done. It includes the wisdom of ancient mystical truth and the discoveries of the latest power therapies. More on that later because I want to share something with you.

Modern Society is DEAD Intent on Crushing Us!

Face it, we live in dark, pressing times.

It seems that society and its various institutions seek to ensnare you, pull you down, and reduce you to a insignificant cog in the machine.

Even we ourselves are not spared. How many of us had suffered some form of hurt or violation?

How have you coped?

A cigarette or two? Drinks? Bitterness, unforgiveness, pettiness?

Or maybe you settled for a safe mediocrity.

Maybe you suppress the block and inner pain and struggle on.

Then, we see those that seem to live life on their own terms.

These people are not without problems or a past. Some of them even come from broken and abusive backgrounds.

And yet, they are able to be successful in whatever they do. They are star players in the office. They are in the pink of health. They raise up unbelievably obedient kids within an unbelievably loving marriage.

It was as if the weight of this screwed-up world slides off them effortlessly, like TEFLON. There are no shackles, no confines, only complete and utter freedom!

So… why do some people have it all while others stumble and crawl?

The answer is mind-bogglingly simple… Their programming is different.

Get to the root of your negative programming. Reprogram your mind / brain.

see the Coaching Page.

First of all you should know "Pain Body" is A term coined by Eckhart Tolle. Pain Body is a generic term for the part of us that is hidden from our normal consciousness and that causes pain or suffering. In Eckhart Tolle's model there are two basic parts to the pain body. The personal part which consists of repressed painful experiences and the collective part which is the pain and suffering that resides within the collective unconscious of the entire human race.

There are many other models and descriptions that describe this repressed and painful part of your heart & mind. What most of us need to be concerned with is our own personal pain body. Learning how and why you have this hidden aspect of yourself can help you eliminate confusion which can hamper your spiritual growth, personal development or integration.

So what is your pain body more precisely? It's you. It's parts of you that you left behind. It is every painful experience that you were unable to metabolize. Every time you were overwhelmed. Each and every time you suppressed or dissociated something so painful you could not bear to experience it at the time it happened. You could describe this part of you as being emotionally or energetically "wounded" or traumatized. These traumatized parts of you can become triggered by anything they have associated as threatening. This is what produces inappropriate and reactive or defensive feelings or behavior. This hidden part of our composite nature is the root of all types of suffering we experience.

In conclusion, we can see that the term "pain body" is a generic or blanket term that gives a name to a part of human existence that is difficult at best to describe. It can be very helpful for us to come to an understanding of the various ways our repressed pain manifests. Learning about your own system of hidden woundedness and pain body is an art and a science. Taking small steps on a regular basis will bring great rewards.

All of us suffer from bouts of negative emotions. Some of us more frequently and deeply than others. It's not a matter of yes or no, it's a matter of "when and how much?" The question to ask yourself is: Are my negative emotions affecting my ability to create the life I want? If they are, you may want to consider a program designed to heal and integrate those emotions. Let's call it "emotion anonymous". This article will help you understand what you need to do break free of the cycle of negative emotional reaction.

Our Fight With Negative Emotion
When we are young most of us were often scolded, reprimanded or even punished for displaying negative emotions. Unless our parents were extremely well developed, we probably learned that we needed to control these emotions or face the even greater pain of rejection by our parent. This leads us to resort to repression or suppression in order to survive.

As we grow up we actually develop personality traits and defense mechanisms to help us remain civilized under most circumstances. We bury every emotional wound in a place where we think it won't be activated. Our lives become a sort of play where we go through the motions to avoid these tender areas.

The final result is that these hidden wounds continually come back to bite us when we are overwhelmed or triggered. The first layer of defense is often either fear or anger. With these two emotions we can avoid the deeper pain of childhood trauma and overwhelm.

So What's the Next Step in our "emotion anonymous" Program
The first step to get beyond is denial. This shows itself in a few ways. We avoid everything that causes us to feel our negative emotion. For instance, inside we may be feeling a serious anxiety about something we have to face today. Instead of dealing with the anxious feeling, we repress it and "put a good face on it". We act as though it didn't exist.

Another way we avoid feeling our emotion is blame. We project these feelings onto other people or onto physical objects around us. This allows us to avoid what we are truly feeling and only delays experiencing something that is inevitably really happening inside us.

Unfortunately this tactic is used all the time and causes plenty of pain for those around us. Not only that, this tactic like denial keeps us on the merry go round of recurring triggering of negative emotions. It will until we take action to really heal them. What this step really means is: We must take full responsibility for our emotions. So what can we do after ending denial and blame?

The Tools For Emotional Healing
To explain the theory behind how deep emotional healing occurs, would take a whole book. If you think about how we got into the shape we are in it could be described as Hiding from our feelings (not looking at them) and resisting (repression & avoidance). What is needed is a reversal of these two actions you have taken.

I can describe this turn around this way. Bring awareness and allowing. Awareness consists of looking or observing, focusing attention. Allowing consists of non resistance and letting go. This is the beginning of true healing.

So briefly put, you have everything it takes to start you on the road to full emotional freedom. You have many options and skills at your disposal. If you want to walk this road to integration or wholeness, you only need to learn how to apply them correctly. Now that you are an adult, it's time to take responsibility for what happens inside you and for what you give to those around you by walking your own path of "emotion anonymous".
